Association President & Treasurer Board Positions
At the end of 2018, Gary Lorenz will be completing his term as President and Nancee Siehling will be completing her 2nd term as Treasurer!If you have interest in either of these positions, please contact one of the board members for more information regarding the required duties. Compensation for these positions is a reduction of your annual dues by 50%. Serenity Ridge General Annual Meeting - Monday, November 5
The Serenity Ridge Association General Annual Meeting is scheduled for MONDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 7:00pm-8:30pm at Cummings Elementary School located on 4261 Schoolcraft St SW, Walker, MI.ALL HOMEOWNERS ARE RECOMMENDED AND URGED TO ATTEND! Strider's running team
The running team from Strider's running club will hold a training run in our development this evening. They are familiar with our roads as they have practiced here last year. Please watch for the runners as you come and go. I have asked the running team to also be careful and respectful of the homeowners.All the best,Gary

Entrance clean up!
Greetings to all.
I hope everyone enjoyed their 4th of July
holiday. A few weeks ago I announced that we contacted our lawn team (Earthtone)
to clean up the entrance area on Timberwinds drive. The team from Earthtone will
be on site this Friday July 13 to remove the brush and weeds that are growing
on the hills.
